Provide a nearby power supply that meets your camera’s requirements.
Suitable connectivity
For a Wi-Fi camera, check that the signal reaches the installation location. A 4G camera needs its own connection.
Wiring and site preparation
Cable installation is not included. Additional wiring is quoted separately after inspection.
Please note: if the technician attends but cannot complete installation because the site is not ready, a SAR 40 call-out fee is deducted from the service amount.

No. Your products are shipped first. After receiving them, contact us to arrange installation.
How do I book for more than one camera?
Each service is priced for one camera. Set the number of cameras in the service card. If you have both indoor and outdoor cameras, add a service for each type.
Is cable installation included?
No. Wiring is not included, and any additional work requires a separate quote.
Is this service suitable for a solar-powered camera?
The outdoor camera service shown does not include solar-powered cameras. Contact us to confirm available options before booking.
What does the service warranty cover?
A 30-day post-installation service warranty, excluding damage caused by misuse.
