Returns and exchanges
You may return a product within 3 days of receiving it or exchange it within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and original outer packaging.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email your return or exchange request to the designated email address.
- Our team will contact you to arrange for you to drop off the shipment at the nearest branch we specify.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the return or exchange.
- For a refund, please provide your bank details. We will transfer the product value, less shipping charges, within a maximum of 10 business days.
Order cancellation
If we receive your cancellation request before the product is dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the payment to the card used for the purchase.
If the product has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation request, you may request a return. We will process the refund after receiving the product back from the shipping company.
Warranty
All products carry a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover faults caused by customer misuse.
