Delivery

On delivery, you will be asked to sign electronically or on a copy of the invoice. Your signature confirms that you have received all products listed on the invoice.

If you are not at the specified address, we may deliver the order to another person at that address who signs electronically or on the invoice. A signature from anyone at the delivery address will be treated as confirmation that the customer has received the items listed on the invoice.

If we reach the address you provided but cannot deliver the order, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. The company is not responsible for any order that remains undelivered 30 days after the order date.
